These experiences are centred on practical learning and hands-on activities, enabling students to apply problem-solving skills and develop critical thinking. They also encourage responsibility and independence by giving students opportunities to make decisions and manage situations away from the constant supervision of their families.
Residential Camps and the Ski Trip, in particular, provide valuable opportunities for students to spend several days away from home, helping them develop greater independence, personal responsibility and good personal care and hygiene habits.
